Individuals with mild to moderate mental health
Registered with a Manchester GP
Individuals predominantly of African and African Caribbean descent or culture as well as other minority groups including White Europeans
Severe and enduring
Male and female aged 18 years and over
Individuals with severe and enduring mental health
Individuals of African or African Caribbean descent or culture
Those on a Care Programme Approach (CPA)
Individuals who are in hospitals, prisons, secure units, hostels and their own homes
Cultural Wellbeing Programme
Male and female aged 18 years and over
Individuals with severe and enduring mental health on medication
South Asian, Black African, Caribbean and dual heritage
